InBlockOnChain provides a verification platform utilizing distributed ledger technology to ensure the transparency and traceability of global supply chains. We specialize in verifying the origin and handling of sensitive industrial components, providing unalterable records for high-value cargo.

You are responsible for obtaining access to the service and for all equipment necessary for such access.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the distributed ledger.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data.
• Use the service for any purpose that is illegal under Israeli or international law.

4. Intellectual Property

The technology, software, processes, and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of InBlockOnChain and its licensors. The service is licensed, not sold.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InBlockOnChain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or supply chain disruptions.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv.
